Board revokes Howard B. Bumgarner's P.E. registration
At its meeting on October 12, 2006, the State Board of Registration for Professional Engineers and Surveyors revoked the Professional Engineer registration of Howard B. Bumgarner of Alexandria, Ohio.

State Board revokes McKinney, Schmidt registrations
At its meeting on April 12, 2006, the State Board of Registration for Professional Engineers and Surveyors revoked the Professional Engineer registration of Earl F. McKinney, P.E. of Lexington, Kentucky and the Professional Surveyor registration of Frank J. Schmidt, P.S. of Arnold, Missouri.

State Board accepts settlement agreement
At its meeting on June 15, 2006, the State Board of Registration for Professional Engineers and Surveyors accepted a settlement agreement from Gary P. Wallace, P.E. of Columbus, through his company GW Engineering, Inc.

At its meeting on February 2, 2006, the State Board of Registration for Professional Engineers and Surveyors accepted a settlement agreement from Chris Bostick of Wixom, Michigan.

At its meeting on March 2, 2006, the State Board of Registration for Professional Engineers and Surveyors accepted a settlement agreement from William K. McErlane of Loveland, Ohio.

Board prohibits examinee from taking exam until 2010 due to cheating incident
At its meeting on February 2, 2006, the State Board of Registration for Professional Engineers and Surveyors passed a motion to not score Mark P. Selvaraj's October 2005 Fundamentals of Engineering examination and to not allow him to take the Fundamentals of Engineering examination until October 2010.

Board sanctions three PE examinees
At its meeting on December 15, 2005, the State Board of Registration for Professional Engineers and Surveyors passed a motion to not allow engineer interns Rachael Marchini, William Travis Tipton and Sameer Awadallah to take the Principles and Practice of Engineering examination until October 2010.
